Doctor fee receipt maker

Patients ask for a receipt for their employer, for insurance, or just to keep track. Fill in your clinic once, then the patient, what they paid for and how they paid, and print a clean receipt or save it as a PDF to send on WhatsApp. The amount is written in words the way receipts are written here, in lakh and thousand.

How to use it

Enter your clinic name, doctor, address and phone; they are remembered in this browser. For each receipt, add the receipt number, the patient's name and one line per item, such as consultation, X-ray or the second instalment of a root canal. Choose how they paid (cash, bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa or card) and who received it, then print.

Keep your receipt numbers in order, starting from the last one in your receipt book, so a receipt can always be matched to the day's collection.

What FindClinica does with payments

FindClinica doesn't print numbered receipts. It records every charge and payment on the patient's visits, works out the balance, and Print Record prints a patient's chosen payments with totals in rupees, which many clinics hand over instead of a receipt. More about fees and instalments.

Yes. It writes amounts in thousand, lakh and crore, for example Rs 125,000 as "One Lakh Twenty Five Thousand".

Does it add tax?

No. Add tax as its own line if you charge it.

Is a copy kept anywhere?

No. Save each receipt as a PDF if you want a copy; only your clinic details are remembered, in this browser.
