Yes. FindClinica is offline-first — you can create patient records, appointments and prescriptions without an internet connection. Your data is stored locally and securely synced to the cloud when you are back online.

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols, and regular cloud backups protect against data loss. Access can be restricted with role-based permissions for staff and client devices.

The Free plan includes up to 1,000 patient records, 50 patient images, appointment management, a basic tooth chart, the analytics dashboard, digital prescriptions, the attendance system, and single-device access.
